We process every order within 1–2 business days. After that, shipping takes 5–7 business days, so most orders arrive within about 1–1.5 weeks of purchase. Around holidays and busy sale periods, it may take a little longer.

Shipping is always free, on every order, with no minimum. You won't pay any extra fees at checkout.

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached. To start a return or exchange, email info@melatolondon.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Once we receive your item, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

When your order ships (usually within 1–2 business days), we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and a link. You can also track it by logging into your account and opening Orders. If you haven't had a tracking email within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
